Terms of Service

By accessing or using OJ's White Bronco ("OWB," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

OJ's White Bronco is a platform that connects fantasy sports enthusiasts to organize, manage, and compete in fantasy sports leagues across multiple sports including NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, and Soccer.

OWB provides league organization, matchmaking, draft tools, trade analyzers, community features, and treasury management facilitation. We do not directly hold or manage prize-pool funds — all financial transactions are processed through third-party treasury providers (e.g., LeagueSafe, TeamStake).

OWB's platform baseline is 18+. Paid fantasy participation may require a higher age threshold or additional controls depending on the verified jurisdiction and product type.

Paid participation is not enabled from a self-entered age or profile location. OWB may require current age, identity, and jurisdiction verification and will fail closed when a paid-play policy is unavailable, restricted, or still awaiting legal review. Free features may remain available when paid play is unavailable.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When you join a league, you may be required to pay a buy-in amount through a third-party treasury provider. OWB does not collect, hold, or distribute prize-pool funds directly.

Payment collection, custody, and payout distribution are handled by the assigned external treasury provider under that provider's terms. OWB does not operate an internal player cash wallet or withdrawable stored-value balance.

A paid seat is not confirmed merely because a payment link was opened or evidence was uploaded. Required eligibility, legal acceptance, treasury, funding, and payment-verification controls must all pass before paid membership is finalized.

Buy-in amounts, prize pools, and payout structures are set per league and displayed on each league's detail page. Admin fees are disclosed transparently on each league page.

Refund and void treatment is governed by the version-locked policy published for the specific contest together with the external treasury provider's terms. The applicable policy, deadlines, cancellation conditions, and dispute path must be disclosed before paid entry is enabled.

OWB does not use an administrator's discretion to silently rewrite a paid contest's refund or void terms after entry. Material changes require a new version and, where required, renewed acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Engage in cheating, collusion, or any form of competitive manipulation in fantasy leagues
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use unauthorized automation to manipulate contests, accounts, voting, payments, or platform integrity
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable
• Resell or commercialize any part of the Service without express written permission

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, league or platform removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. Any financial consequence must follow the applicable locked contest rules and external treasury process; OWB does not automatically seize player funds as a conduct penalty.

Each league may have a designated commissioner who oversees league operations, dispute resolution, and rule enforcement within that league.

Commissioners have the authority to enforce league rules, make rule interpretations, and manage league operations. OWB retains final authority over platform-wide disputes and policy enforcement.

The Court Docket system is available for resolving significant disputes that cannot be resolved at the commissioner level.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OJ's White Bronco and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (league names, chat messages, profile content) remains the property of the user, but you grant OWB a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

OWB does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or reliability of third-party treasury providers, fantasy platforms (Sleeper, ESPN, etc.), or other external services.

Fantasy sports involve skill but outcomes are not guaranteed. You participate at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

OWB's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to OWB in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since OWB does not hold prize-pool funds, our liability does not extend to funds held by third-party treasury providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms. Material versions are tracked separately. Where renewed acceptance is required, OWB will request an explicit acceptance of the new version before the affected paid feature can be used; continued browsing of free features is not treated as a substitute for that acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
