Control paid-play access
Cool-offs and self-exclusion block the selected paid-play scope. They do not remove access to OWB's free community, GM, or other free features. League commissioners cannot override these restrictions.
These controls take effect immediately for paid-play eligibility.
Cool-offs last until their recorded end time. Self-exclusion has no automatic end in the current policy and is not reversible by a commissioner.
